1. What is covered in ‘support time’?
Support time can be used to request changes to your site, such as adding new blog posts, editing content or making small design tweaks.
2. How soon do you respond to requests?
Requests for support are normally responded to within a couple of hours, with the requested work being carried out within 48-hours.
3. Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured and have active professional liability insurance in place, though I hope you’ll never have to utilise it.
4. Do you provide discounts?
If you have multiple websites that need managing, then yes a bulk discount is available. Contact me to discuss further.
